If you receive a product that is faulty or damaged, or you’re just not satisfied, we will gladly refund you or replace the item at no additional charge. You must contact us and return the item within 20 days of the receiving the product.
If there is an issue and you’d like a replacement, send a photo to email@example.com and we will send a new one right away.
If for some reason your not happy with what you received, you may return it to us within 20 days of receiving the product. We will cover the cost of shipping, unless you have damaged the product somehow.
If you wish to cancel your order, it must be done within 24 hours of placing the order. After 24 hours it will be too late as we’ve already begun processing your order. Refund will be processing within 48 hours after cancellation.
